Create Custom Reports for Customers or Internal Purposes
We just completed one feature that has requested quite zealously as of late: Custom Reports! Techs have been seriously digging TechSuite’s reporting functionality, but have been wishing for more flexibility. So, we got to work and, well, lets just say that the TechSuite reports have undergone some intense yoga sessions lately.
If you would like to modify the way reports look on TechPortal, we’ve added a way to add, remove, and summarize content to suit your needs. Here are some use cases you might have where custom reports could come in handy:
